Thank you for shopping with us! Because we use a print-on-demand model, every item is made to order just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled through our production partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and handed off to a carrier before shipping begins. This is separate from transit time.

Shipping Times & Rates

United States	5–10 business days
Canada	7–14 business days
International	10–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Processing time + Transit time = Total delivery time. For example, a U.S. order may take anywhere from 8–17 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order cannot be modified.
